MONO-CRYSTALLINE

We always work with mono-crystalline cells with high performance and a slower rate of light-induced degradation (LID). The low cell temperature coefficient ensures higher performance at high temperatures.

 

Mutlicrystalline cells may micro-crack after several years due to cyclic stress and thermal expansion.

BYPASS DIODES

We strive to cover every surface as efficiently as possible. Using a smart circuit design with bypass diodes in our system can limit the shadow effect.

Print technology

PIXASOLAR uses the most advanced digital printing technology with high printing accuracy and dimensional flexibility. The technique makes it possible to process full-color, high-resolution images in the solar panels. The use of ceramic inkjet printing allows us to easily simulate textures such as wood, brick, marble, etc. Projects can thus be fully customized and designed according to your design.

The ceramic ink is printed on the front glass inside and durably hardened using the latest technology. The print is enclosed in the glass package. This way, Pixasolar protects the ceramic ink form all outside influences during its lifetime, transportation, and installation. Also, this will prevent the accumulation of sand and dirt, damage due to inclement weather, or subsequent treatment or cleaning of the glass. The inkjet printing behind the glass is exceptionally colorfast, more comfortable to clean, and extremely durable.

In contrast to the traditional CMYK method, ceramic printing combines six colors instead of 4. This cutting edge printing technique results in a sharper, more vibrant, and more accurate print with better contrast and extra pure gray values. In short, the ceramic inkjet procedure ensures that every displayed image stays as realistic as possible.

Ultra-clear glass

PIXASOLAR uses ultra-clear glass to promote authentic color reproduction and the natural character of the inkjet print. The light transmission of ultra-clear glass is also much higher than that of other types of glass. This way PIXASOLAR can absorb more solar radiation for the production of energy. Depending on the design, designers can chose a matte or glossy finish. Frosted glass reduces glare and provides even more excellent resistance to scratches and stains. Depending on the design, frosted glass promotes the fidelity of the print.

Sizes and shapes

The PIXASOLAR panels are available in various standard sizes. Also, there is a possibility to make solar panels and dummies in select sizes. The classic product series has a width and length in multiples of 30 cm, tailored to the construction's standard dimensions. In this way, PIXASOLAR maximizes the surface used and minimizes the dummy panels, both in renovation and new construction projects.

Gevelopbouw & isolatie

 

Het Isotherm MURO gevelsysteem zorgt ervoor dat de PIXASOLAR zonnemodules snel, correct en efficiënt worden geïnstalleerd. Isotherm MURO creëert een doorlopend isolatieschild, vrij van koudebruggen. Afhankelijk van de gewenste isolatiewaarde is het systeem verkrijgbaar in diktes van 60 mm tot 160 mm (met een overeenkomstige RD-waarde van 2,72 m2 k/W tot 7,27 m2 k/W).

De geïntegreerde metalen lat in combinatie met de MURO profielen zorgen voor een perfecte uitlijning van de constructie. Bovendien creëert het isolatiesysteem direct de vereiste ventilatielaag tussen het isolatiepakket en de zonnepanelen. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de bekabeling professioneel kan worden aangesloten en dat het rendement van de zonnepanelen maximaal wordt gegarandeerd.

PIXASOLAR kent een uitgebreide selectie van klangen met verschillende vormen, en kleuren. Zodoende kunnen de zonnepanelen in functie van de toepassing steeds esthetisch gemonteerd worden.

Veelgestelde vragen

Mooi systeem maar is dit wel betaalbaar?

In tegenstelling tot wat hun look doet vermoeden zijn PIXASOLAR zonnepanelen niet duur. Wanneer men de afwerking van een dak of gevel met een aparte zonne-installatie rekent dan is de prijs vaak vergelijkbaar.
